The S13-M.RL series fully sealed three-phase three-phase wound core transformer is different from the traditional planar laminated core transformer. The iron core is composed of a three-phase cylindrical yoke with a three-dimensional triangular arrangement of a single frame piece. Each cylinder is continuously rolled by high-quality cold-rolled silicon steel strip, and the bandwidth is cut by straight or curved lines by a CNC opener.

Features:
1.S13-M.RL sealed transformer coils are wound with high-strength enameled wire (or paper-covered wire), cylindrical (pie-shaped) structure, uniform distribution of An and Er, reasonable insulation structure, and high short-circuit resistance.
2.As the triangle solid core is wound by uninterrupted continuous silicon steel strip, there are only a few seams, and the noise caused by the discontinuous magnetic circuit like the laminated core is not generated, and the noise can generally be reduced by 10 -15DB, reaching the mute state.
3.All seals are made of high-quality acrylate rubber, which can effectively prevent light aging, electrical aging and heat aging. Make sure that the transformer oil is not in contact with the air, and that the transformer oil can be used continuously for 20 years without any treatment.
